Amends the Cemetery Oversight Act to create a partial exemption for cemeteries with an all-volunteer board and an annual budget of less than $100,000.

Qualifying cemeteries must make available and periodically update maps showing grave locations within the cemetery property.

Qualifying cemeteries must post bilingual signs (English and Spanish) displaying the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's consumer hotline number in each cemetery office, but are exempt from other signage requirements.

Qualifying cemeteries must post the cemetery's hours and rules.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
