Amends the Burial Rights Act to void as against public policy any contracts between cemetery authorities and cemetery workers' associations that prohibit dedications of monuments or headstones, family visitations, or visitations to veterans memorials on Sundays or legal holidays.

Permits cemetery authorities and workers' associations to limit Sunday or holiday burials to decedents whose religious tenets require burials within a specified timeframe, with funeral directors notifying the cemetery authority within a reasonable time.

Makes it unlawful for any person to restrain, prohibit, or interfere with burials necessitated by a decedent's religious beliefs on Sundays or legal holidays, or to prohibit monument dedications, family visitations, or veterans memorial visitations on those days.

Establishes violations of this Act as Class A misdemeanors.

Defines "cemetery authority" by reference to the Cemetery Care Act or Cemetery Oversight Act, and "cemetery workers' association" as organizations of cemetery workers engaged in collective bargaining or employment negotiation.
