IL HB3106

Amends the Election Code to require election authorities to establish at least one vote center where all registered voters in the jurisdiction can vote on election day regardless of their precinct registration.

Requires election authorities to identify the vote center location, hours of operation, and health and safety requirements by the 40th day preceding any election and certify this information to the State Board of Elections.

Removes the July 1, 2023 repeal date for vote center provisions, making them permanent rather than temporary.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
