Modifies filing deadlines for judicial vacancies occurring within 3 weeks of the filing period, changing from 92-85 days to 120-113 days before the primary.

Updates filing deadlines for county offices, municipal/township offices, delegates to national conventions, and committee member positions, with varying adjustments to the day ranges required.
