Permits employees who are victims or alleged victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, gender violence, or other crimes of violence to use employer-provided electronic devices for personal use to document or communicate acts of violence.

Requires employers to grant employees and their family or household members access to photographs, video recordings, sound recordings, and digital documents stored on employer-provided devices when needed as evidence in criminal proceedings related to violence allegations.

Requires covered employers to post notices, prepared or approved by the Director of Labor, in conspicuous locations explaining these provisions in large, legible text or electronic format.

Applies to all employers covered under the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
