Amends the Illinois School Code by adding two new sections (10-20.85 and 34-18.82) requiring LGBTQIA+ diversity training for educators.

Mandates each school board provide LGBTQIA+ diversity training to educators who have not previously received such training.

Applies the same training requirement to boards in the context of Section 34-18.82 of the School Code.

May trigger reimbursement obligations under the State Mandates Act.
