• Eliminates all fees for applying for and renewing a Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) Card, removing the current $10 application and renewal fees plus processing charges.

• Eliminates all fees for obtaining and renewing a concealed carry license under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.

• Removes fee requirements from concealed carry license applications, renewals, duplicate licenses, and address/name change notifications.

• Removes language authorizing deposit of FOID and concealed carry fees into the State Police Firearm Services Fund and State Police Revocation Enforcement Fund.
