IL HB3285

Creates the Artificial Intelligence Consent Act to regulate AI-generated images and videos that mimic or replicate another person's voice or likeness.

Requires creators to display a disclosure statement on the bottom of any AI-generated image or video that would deceive an average viewer, stating the content is not authentic and does not reflect the original voice or likeness of the person depicted.

Exempts disclosures when the person whose voice or likeness is being used provides explicit consent to its use.

Grants aggrieved persons a private right of action to sue violators of the Act.
