Amends the Child Care Act of 1969 to prohibit child care facilities from using or possessing unsafe children's products as defined in the Children's Product Safety Act, effective July 1, 2000, with exceptions for antique or collectible products not accessible to children.

Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to notify child care facilities about unsafe products during license applications and annual monitoring visits, and to maintain a publicly available, searchable database of product safety information on its website.

Mandates child care facilities maintain written safety information in accessible files and post prominent notices about the comprehensive list of unsafe children's products available online.

Expands the definition of "children's product" under the Children's Product Safety Act from products for children under age 9 to products designed for children under age 12.

Adds definitions for manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and first sellers of children's products to the Children's Product Safety Act.
