Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to define "telephonic solicitation" as voice or data communications to a phone subscriber for purposes of selling/renting property, extending credit, obtaining information for direct solicitation, or soliciting charitable contributions.

Makes it a crime to engage in telephonic solicitation of any person who is 65 years of age or older.

Adds telephonic solicitation of seniors as a seventh form of harassment by telephone under Section 26.5-2(a).

Maintains existing provisions requiring telephone directories to contain warnings about harassment laws and requiring telephone companies to cooperate with law enforcement to detect and prevent violations.
