State's Attorneys must publish quarterly reports on their websites containing data on charges commenced, arrests referred for prosecution, and arrests of first responders.

Quarterly reports must specify the number of all charges commenced by the State's Attorney, classified by type and class.

Reports must include the number of arrests referred by law enforcement for prosecution and the number of charges that resulted from those referrals.

Reports must separately track arrests of first responders (law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and emergency room medical staff) referred for prosecution and resulting charges.

Law enforcement agencies must report to the State's Attorney whether an individual referred for prosecution is a first responder.
