Requires the Department of Revenue to print a single provision on standard individual income tax returns (for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2024) authorizing income information sharing with local county assessment officials for income verification purposes.

Mandates that each chief county assessment officer must interface with the Department of Revenue's tax system by April 1, 2025.

Amends Section 917 of the Illinois Income Tax Act to permit the Director to share individual income tax information with local county assessment officials when authorized by the taxpayer pursuant to Section 514.
