Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to require defendants convicted of aggravated driving under the influence resulting in death to make child support payments for minor children of victims.

Creates a new Section 520 in the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act establishing child support calculation procedures for defendants ordered to support victims' children.

Specifies child support guidelines include determining defendant's net income, combining with surviving parent's income, and calculating obligation based on combined income schedule and number of children.

Provides for adjustments to income including multifamily support deductions, business income calculations, and unemployment/underemployment presumptions when determining support amounts.

Establishes health care, child care, and extracurricular expense provisions, enforcement mechanisms including income withholding and license suspension, and interest accrual on unpaid support obligations.
