Expands prohibited bullying categories to include physical appearance, socioeconomic status, academic status, pregnancy, parenting status, and homelessness.

Requires schools to notify parents or legal guardians of all students involved in bullying incidents within 24 hours after administration becomes aware of the incident, with diligent efforts to reach them using all available contact information.

Mandates schools collect and submit non-identifiable bullying data to the State Board of Education annually by August 15, starting with the 2024-2025 school year through 2030-2031, including verified allegations and whether based on protected characteristics.

Requires the State Board of Education to post a model bullying prevention policy template by January 1, 2024, and schools must base their policies on this template.

Establishes the Illinois Bullying and Cyberbullying Prevention Fund for grants to support anti-bullying programming, with schools not complying with data submission requirements ineligible for funding.
