Creates the Task Force on Prescribing Psychologist Licensing and Oversight within the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Task Force membership includes the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation (chair), Director of the Division of Professional Regulation, Chief Medical Coordinator, legislative leaders from both chambers, and representatives from psychiatrist and prescribing psychologist organizations, plus child/adolescent and geriatric specialists.

Task Force shall examine whether expanding prescribing psychologists' scope to treat children and seniors increases access to care in underserved areas, rural regions, and Medicaid populations.

Task Force shall evaluate whether prescribing psychologists receive sufficient regulatory oversight, medical supervision, and disciplinary enforcement to protect patient safety.

Task Force meets bimonthly until it votes to dissolve, and must submit annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly, with the first report due one year after the Task Force's first meeting.
