Creates the Underserved Dental Provider Workforce Act to establish loan repayment programs administered by the Illinois Department of Public Health for eligible dentists.

Authorizes repayment of educational loans (principal, interest, and related expenses) for dentists who agree to practice in designated dental shortage areas for at least 2 years.

Loan repayment assistance is exempt from Illinois State Income Tax and may be funded through tobacco settlement recovery funds or other available funding sources.

Grants the Department authority to adopt rules, enter into contracts with state and federal agencies, and receive and disburse federal funds necessary to implement the program.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
