Mandates businesses provide cancellation options including a toll-free phone number, email address, postal address (if directly billing), or another cost-effective, easy-to-use cancellation mechanism

Requires businesses offering subscriptions online to allow consumers to cancel exclusively online through a prominently located direct link/button or pre-formatted termination email, without obstructive additional steps

Requires advance notice to consumers (3-21 days before trial/promotional period ends, or 15-45 days before annual renewals) stating the renewal will occur, renewal terms, and how to cancel
