Amends the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987 to allow licensees to permit employees to work from remote locations if specified conditions are met.

Requires licensees to maintain written supervision policies, implement information security plans compliant with federal standards (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and FTC Safeguards Rule), and ensure secure system access via virtual private networks or comparable authentication methods.

Prohibits in-person customer interactions at employee residences unless the residence is a licensed location, and requires that physical records not be maintained at remote locations.

Defines "full service office" to exclude remote locations and establishes new definition of "remote location" as any location other than a principal place of business or full service office.

Ensures loan originators working remotely have their principal place of business designated in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry, unless they elect another licensed branch office.
