Prohibits businesses from charging different prices for substantially similar goods or services based on the gender of individuals for whom they are marketed and intended.

Allows price differences based on gender-neutral factors including manufacturing time, difficulty, cost, labor, materials, or other objective reasons unrelated to gender.

Requires tailors, barbers/hair salons, and dry cleaners to clearly disclose pricing for standard services in writing, with price lists posted in at least 14-point boldface type in a conspicuous location.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $10,000 for first violations and up to $1,000 for subsequent violations, with a $100,000 total cap per case, enforced by the Attorney General through court action.

Exempts insurance and health care service plan underwriting and rating practices from the Act's requirements.
