Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act by adding Section 2BBBB regarding customer support requirements.

Companies providing goods or services to Illinois customers must offer free customer support services during their regular business hours to address customer issues and complaints.

Customer support services must respond to all customers within 24 hours of contact and resolve customer issues or complaints within 48 hours of contact.

Violations of these customer support requirements constitute unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
