Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to add post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to the list of conditions with a rebuttable presumption for firefighters, EMTs, EMT-Is, A-EMTs, and paramedics.

PTSD is presumed to arise out of and be causally connected to the hazards of employment for covered emergency responders, shifting the burden to employers to rebut the presumption.

The PTSD presumption applies only to employees who have worked in their covered role for at least 5 years at the time they file a claim with the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission.

The presumption does not apply to private employer EMTs, EMT-Is, A-EMTs, or paramedics whose work is predominantly non-emergency medical transfers between facilities.

Adds PTSD alongside existing presumed conditions including bloodborne pathogens, respiratory diseases, heart conditions, tuberculosis, cancer, hernia, and hearing loss for emergency responders.
