Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act to require warning labels on gas stoves manufactured on or after January 1, 2024.

Defines "gas stove" as a household natural gas stove or range used for food preparation that provides surface cooking, oven cooking, or broiling functions.

Requires labels to warn consumers that gas stoves can release nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide at levels exceeding EPA standards for outdoor air quality, and that these pollutants may exacerbate respiratory illnesses or lead to asthma development, particularly in children.

Labels must state that gas stoves should never be used without a ducted vent hood and direct consumers to a website guide for choosing range hoods.

Labels must be conspicuously placed on the stove in a type size no smaller than other consumer information on the product, with the Attorney General authorized to adopt rules on label placement and format.
