IL HB3655

Amends the Election Code Section 22-6 regarding electronic canvassing (E-Canvass) procedures.

Requires each election authority to include the methods of voting used when providing unit-by-unit vote totals to the State Board of Elections within 22 days after each election.

Maintains existing requirement that the State Board of Elections publish precinct-by-precinct vote totals on its website in downloadable form within 52 days after each election.

Authorizes the State Board of Elections to promulgate rules necessary for implementation of the reporting requirements.
