Amends Section 48-11 of the Criminal Code of 2012 to expand the prohibition from elephants to all exotic animals in traveling animal acts.

Defines "exotic animal" as any animal native to a foreign country, not native to the United States, or introduced from abroad, including lions, tigers, leopards, camels, kangaroos, and wild animals.

Makes it unlawful for a person to knowingly allow an exotic animal to participate in a traveling animal act, defined as performances where animals are transported between locations in mobile housing facilities.

Exempts exhibitions of exotic animals at non-mobile, permanent institutions or other stationary facilities from the prohibition.

Classifies the offense as a Class A misdemeanor.
