Requires notices to state that employers must make reasonable accommodations to protect employees from workplace violence and that state law prohibits discrimination or retaliation for reporting such threats.

Mandates the notice be distributed to all employees on an annual basis, in addition to being posted in conspicuous workplace locations.

Specifies the notice must inform employees they can report concerns to supervisors, security, human resources, or other company representatives about potential risks.
