Amends the One Day Rest In Seven Act to add new definitions for "law enforcement agency" and "law enforcement officer" covering all State agencies, county sheriffs, municipal and special district police departments, and other entities authorized to employ peace officers.

Requires law enforcement agencies to allow law enforcement officers at least 24 consecutive hours of rest in either every consecutive 60-hour period or every calendar week, in addition to existing rest requirements.

Exempts the new law enforcement rest requirement while a disaster proclamation by the Governor is in effect.

Changes the baseline rest requirement language from "calendar week" to "consecutive seven-day period" for all employees covered by the Act.

Maintains existing exemptions for part-time employees (under 20 hours weekly), emergency/machinery repair workers, agricultural and coal mining employees, seasonal agricultural processing workers, watchmen, executives, professionals, outside salesmen, supervisors, towing vessel crew members, and employees covered by collective bargaining agreements.
