Removes "Registration" from the name of the Equal Pay Fund established under the State Finance Act.

Amends the Personnel Record Review Act to allow employers to email or mail copies of personnel records to employees upon written request, with fees limited to actual duplication costs.

Requires employers with remote or traveling employees to provide employment law summaries, notices, and wage information by email or website posting in addition to physical workplace postings.

Modifies the Equal Pay Act of 2003 to clarify that "compensation" includes hourly wages, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and other remuneration; creates the Equal Pay Fund to receive penalties and fees.

Increases penalties under the Minimum Wage Law and Equal Pay Act, requiring payment by certified check, money order, or electronic payment system to designated enforcement funds.
