State Board of Education must provide student profile information collected during college admissions assessments to Illinois public institutions of higher education in a timely manner.

Assessment administered for college admissions purposes must occur on a school day during regular student attendance hours.

School districts must grant equal access to high school campuses and student directory information to State public institutions of higher education, in addition to armed forces recruiting representatives, for informing students of educational and career opportunities.

By January 1, 2024, student directory information must be made electronically accessible through a secure centralized data system for armed forces recruiting representatives and State public institutions of higher education.

Student or parent/guardian opt-out requests apply to military recruiters but do not restrict access by higher education institutions to student directory information.
