Creates the Illinois Moorish-American Family Commission to advise the Governor and General Assembly on improving policies, services, and programs for Moorish-American families, children, and adults.

Commission membership includes state officials (Governor, Lieutenant Governor, legislative leaders, state constitutional officers), county and municipal representatives, and Moorish-American members appointed by the Governor including the Grand Governor of Illinois for the Moorish Science Temple of America and representatives from subordinate temples.

Chairperson shall be elected from among Moorish Science Temple of America members during the first meeting; state agency members serve from election to election while Moorish-American members serve from annual convention to annual convention.

Commission shall issue an annual address on the state of Moorish-Americans to the Governor, General Assembly, and Illinois Supreme Court, and an annual public report on progress toward goals to be shared with state leaders and the Commission on Equity and Inclusion.

Commission shall receive appropriated funding and may accept federal and private grants; Moorish-American members shall be compensated at the per diem rate for state legislators plus travel expenses; administrative support provided by the Commission on Equity and Inclusion.
