Adds "Middle Eastern or North African" as a seventh racial classification category to the Uniform Racial Classification Act for use by Illinois State agencies in compiling and reporting statistical data.

State agencies are not required to use the new Middle Eastern or North African classification for workforce or hiring data reporting until after July 1, 2025.

Updates the Data Governance and Organization to Support Equity and Racial Justice Act to include "Middle Eastern or North African" as category (7) in the standardized racial and ethnic classifications that the Board and Department must use when reporting program participant demographics.

Renumbers subsequent racial classification categories ("Some other race alone" and "Two or more races") as categories (8) and (9) respectively.

Applies to constitutional officers, executive agencies, departments, boards, commissions, and authorities under the Illinois Governor.
