HB3800 - Restricted Use Pesticides

• Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act definition of "Restricted Use Pesticide" to include pesticides classified as restricted by order of the Illinois Department of Agriculture Director.

• Adds pesticides containing Dicamba (3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid) or 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) to the definition of restricted use pesticides.

• Makes technical corrections to existing pesticide definitions, including grammatical changes to "Animal" and "Imminent Hazard" definitions.

• Effective date is January 1, 2024.
