IL HB3810

Amends the Paid Leave for All Workers Act only if Senate Bill 208 of the 102nd General Assembly becomes law.

Adds municipalities that have a parks and recreation department to the list of entities excluded from the definition of "employer" under the Paid Leave for All Workers Act.

Maintains existing exclusions for school districts organized under the School Code and park districts organized under the Park District Code.

The amendment applies only to employment-related paid leave requirements and does not affect other provisions of state employment law.
