Establishes the Firefighter Paid Family Leave Act requiring 6 weeks of paid family leave for firefighters employed by a municipality or fire protection district.

Allows paid leave for birth of a child, care for newborn, adoption or foster placement of children under 18 years old, and care for family members with serious health conditions.

Requires employers to reasonably accommodate additional physical recovery time for firefighters returning from childbirth leave, including light-duty assignments or duty reassignments until full duty capacity is restored.

Applies to firefighters who have been employed for at least one year, including full-time firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, and emergency medical technicians employed by municipalities or fire protection districts.
