IL HB3912

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code Section 33-5 to clarify terminology regarding construction management services for public institutions of higher education.

Changes the definition of "Board" to mean the public institution of higher education itself when that institution is procuring construction management services, rather than referring to the Capital Development Board.

Modifies language from "for a public institution of higher education" to "by a public institution of higher education" to reflect that higher education institutions are the procuring entities.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
