Mandates reporting of class-level student outcomes including percentage earning C or higher grades, advanced placement test participation broken down by race, and advanced placement test passing rates by race.

Specifies that all collected indicators must be aggregated at the class level, department level, and school level, with data gathered from each course offered.

Defines "class" as each individual instructional course taken at a given school for purposes of the new reporting requirements.
