Amends the Police and Community Relations Improvement Act by adding Section 1-40 on incident reporting requirements for shootings.

Requires law enforcement agencies to report all shootings connected with an incident when the shooting resulted in property damage or bodily injury.

Mandates that each incident report documenting a shooting must state whether a firearm has been identified.

Requires incident reports to document whether a magazine, round of ammunition, expended bullet, or shell casing was found at the crime scene.
