Creates a new Air Force Combat Action Medal license plate available to Illinois residents who have been awarded the Air Force Combat Action Medal.

Plates may be issued for passenger vehicles of the first division, motorcycles, and motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds, and may be personalized or issued as vanity plates at the Secretary's discretion.

Surviving spouses of military service members who held an Air Force Combat Action Medal plate may retain the plate after the service member's death if the spouse is an Illinois resident and transfers registration within 180 days.

Individuals with personalized or standard registrations who qualify for the Air Force Combat Action Medal plate may switch to it without paying replacement plate, digital plate, or registration sticker fees.
