Amends the Illinois Election Code to require candidates to provide an email address as part of their statement of candidacy for primary and general elections.

Prohibits election authorities from rejecting a statement of candidacy based on missing or erroneous email address information.

Prohibits persons from filing objections to a candidate's statement of candidacy due to failure to include an email address or errors in the email address provided.

Modifies sections 7-10, 8-8, and 10-5 of the Election Code and adds new section 1-26 to incorporate email address requirements into candidacy forms and procedures.
