Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act (765 ILCS 160/1-25) to require secret ballot voting in certain circumstances.

When each unit holder is entitled to only one vote, any vote to be taken must be conducted by secret ballot upon the written request of one or more unit owners.

Applies to situations in common interest communities where voting power is equal among all unit holders.
