Amends the Task Force on Missing and Murdered Chicago Women Act by modifying Section 10 to add two Chicago Police Department officers to the task force membership.

Adds two officers employed by the Chicago Police Department, nominated by the Chicago Police Superintendent or designee and appointed by the Executive Director of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, as members of the task force.

Task force members serve 2-year terms and include legislators, law enforcement representatives, prosecutors, judges, victims' advocates, medical examiners, and representatives from organizations providing legal services, advocacy, counseling, and healthcare to Chicago women and girls.

Task force must examine systemic causes of violence against Chicago women and girls, data collection methods, governmental policies affecting investigations and prosecutions, and measures to address violence and support victims and their families.

Task force must submit annual reports by December 31 beginning in 2024 to the General Assembly and Governor with recommendations on institutional policies to reduce gender-related violence and increase safety for Chicago women and girls.
