Amends Illinois School Code Section 27-13.1 to require every public school provide instruction, study, and discussion of current problems and needs in natural resource conservation, including climate change.

Climate change curriculum content must be supported by research conducted using accepted scientific methods and published in peer-reviewed journals, or comprise information recognized as accurate and objective.

Grants the State Board of Education authority to devise or approve climate change education curriculum.
