Requires sex offenders convicted of offenses qualifying them as sexual predators to wear an approved electronic monitoring device for the first 5 years of their registration period.

Requires sex offenders who were convicted of criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, criminal sexual abuse, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, or ritualized abuse of a child (with victim under 18) and used force or threat of force to wear an electronic monitoring device for 5 years.

Extends the electronic monitoring requirement by an additional 3 years if the offender fails to register or violates laws regulating sex offenders.

Assigns the Illinois State Police and local law enforcement agencies having jurisdiction to monitor compliance with the electronic monitoring requirement.
