Prohibits defendants charged with involuntary sexual servitude of a minor or trafficking in persons (if victim is under 18) from pleading down to lesser offenses, and prohibits prosecutors from offering such plea bargains.

Prohibits defendants charged with grooming from pleading down to lesser offenses, and prohibits prosecutors from offering plea bargains for grooming charges.

Makes it a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, be employed by, volunteer at, be associated with, or be present at any facility providing entertainment exclusively directed toward persons under 18 years of age.

Amends trafficking and human servitude provisions in the Criminal Code of 2012 to address sentencing, restitution, and property forfeiture related to these offenses.
