IL HB4350

Requires hotels, motels, entertainment facilities with 5,000+ occupancy, tattoo and body piercing establishments, primary airports, rail stations, bus stations, truck stops, emergency rooms, and urgent care centers to post child abuse notices in conspicuous locations

Notice must be at least 8.5 by 11 inches with 16-point font (electronic posting exempt from size/font requirements)

Department of Children and Family Services must develop a model notice within 6 months targeting children under 18 that explains physical and sexual abuse and provides reporting information, available for download on the department's website

Notices must be printed in English, Spanish, and one additional language that is the most widely spoken language in the county where applicable under federal Voting Rights Act requirements
