Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to increase the income eligibility threshold for child care assistance beginning in State fiscal year 2025 to no less than 400% of the federal poverty level for each family size.

Maintains current income threshold of 225% of federal poverty level for State fiscal year 2024, with previous thresholds of 200% for fiscal years 2022-2023.

Effective July 1, 2024, establishing the higher eligibility threshold to take effect in the following fiscal year.
