Operating a mobile home park without a current license incurs a late fee of $50 for the first month and $100 per day thereafter, with licenses being nontransferable and requiring new application within 10 days of property sale.

Mobile home park licenses expire April 30 annually and require display of current licensee and manager contact information at the park in a weather-protected, publicly visible location.

Department shall conduct annual inspections of each mobile home park and may charge $300 per reinspection visit if Type B or Type C violations are found, with parks given at least 60 days to correct substantial violations before license renewal.

Annual license fees increase over time: $300 base plus $15 per site (2025), $17 per site (2026), $19 per site (2027), $21 per site (2028), $23 per site (2029), and $25 per site (2030 and thereafter).

Parks with voided, suspended, denied, or revoked licenses may be relicensed after achieving substantial compliance, paying all delinquent fees, and submitting an application with a $250 application fee.
