Creates the Career and Technical Education Task Force within the State Board of Education to examine ways to increase student participation in technical education.

Task Force membership consists of 11 members: two House representatives (one from Speaker, one from Minority Leader), two Senators (one from President, one from Minority Leader), three trade union representatives, three school counselors, and one State Board of Education member, all appointed by the Governor except legislative members.

Task Force shall meet quarterly at the call of the State Board of Education and receive administrative support from the State Board of Education.

Task Force must prepare and deliver an annual report to the State Board of Education detailing its findings.

Task Force and all provisions automatically dissolve and are repealed on January 1, 2026.
