Amends the Wildlife Code to establish nuisance deer removal permits for landowners or lessees with 1,000 or more acres in unincorporated areas of Illinois who produce agricultural products and experience demonstrable damage from deer.

Permits can also be issued to tenants granted permission by the landowner to apply on their behalf.

Permit limits based on acreage: 1,000-4,999 acres allows 2 individuals to take up to 20 deer over 35 days; 5,000-9,999 acres allows 4 individuals to take up to 30 deer over 45 days; 10,000+ acres allows 6 individuals to take up to 50 deer over 50 days.

Permits cannot be used during archery, firearm, muzzleloader, Chronic Wasting Disease, late winter, or youth firearm seasons.

Department is encouraged to promote use of harvested deer for human consumption or donation to zoos and facilities for animal feed.
