Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985 to allow licensed cosmetology teachers to apply for barber teacher licensure with credit for overlapping instruction hours.

Licensed cosmetology teachers with at least 3 years of experience receive credit for hours completed in subjects common to both barbering and cosmetology, reducing supplemental barber course requirements.

Allows licensed barber teachers to apply for cosmetology teacher licensure with the same reciprocal credit structure for shared instructional subjects.

Licensed barber teachers with at least 3 years of experience receive credit for hours completed in subjects common to both trades, reducing supplemental cosmetology course requirements.

Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to implement these provisions through rulemaking.
