Adds a new Montessori Educator License as a fifth type of educator license in Illinois, allowing qualified individuals to teach using the Montessori method in public school programs that use Montessori as the primary instructional method.

Requires applicants for a Montessori Educator License to have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, a Montessori certificate from an accredited organization (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education, American Montessori Society, or Association Montessori Internationale), and successfully complete required testing and coursework on special education and reading methods.

Montessori Educator Licenses are valid for 5 years from issuance and subject to the same requirements regarding exceptional child education and reading instruction as Professional Educator Licenses.

Sets a $100 application fee for Montessori Educator Licenses and requires applicants to pass required testing under existing educator testing provisions.

Makes conforming changes to educator testing requirements and fee schedules to incorporate the new Montessori license type into Illinois's educator licensure system.
